I really learned a lot and I believe that this will be a valuable solution to a number of different situations including workplace, relationships, family, and businesses. Dr. Greg Moody’s presentation on Conflict Resolution was clear and straightforward. With his descriptions of the traps we fall into, it was easy to recognize how I deal with conflict. The steps for having good conflict will change the way I react to disagreements and lead to getting decisive results instead of unresolved matters. I now have new tools to use to solve issues both at work and at home. I know this will result in more positive relationships with my family and co-workers. I just had to tell you what an informative and enlightening presentation on Attachment theory you gave. It was clear and concise and explained alot of things I have encountered with both kids and adults. The only thing that I would add is that another presentation would be most appreciated!

I attended Dr. Moody's Conflict Resolution Program today. It was extremely informative and made me aware of some of the ways in which I contribute to negative conflict. I hope to take a refresher course and delve into some of the topics more. Debbie Kalgren, Plano, TX
